UE4 UMG Tutorial – Health Bar + 2 Ways to Take Damage
In this Unreal Engine 4 tutorial we’ll look at how to create a healthbar with UMG, and two different ways to inflict damage to the Player. The first way is the “energy decreasing” way, where the Player loses life by moving. The second way is the “external damage” way, where some environmental hazard poses the threat.
Flashing Damage-Indicators / Player “Hit” Effects
In this tutorial we look at a way to create effects that flashes on the screen as the Player takes damage/loses health.
